The onboard display unit (receiver) is operated with a single button, and displays lap times to the driver - as they happen! It is easily installed with velcro or tie-wraps to the center of the steering wheel, handlebars or the dash, and is easily transferred from one vehicle to another in no time at all. Operates up to 200 hours on a standard 9-volt battery. The "in-field" transmitter operates up to 40 hours on four (4) standard AA batteries and will send a signal up to 100 feet. Standard features include a 250-lap memory, backlight, adjustable blanking time(sleep mode between laps)and receiver sensitivity, return to factory default settings and RS-232 output for downloading lap times to a computer, printer or data acquisition system.
